THE INITIAL PROBLEM
Hush Luxe sold pre-loved designer clothes on eBay and wanted to expand
towards establishing their own brand and digital presence, increasing direct sales on Instagram assisted by an online e-commerce store. Content production and branding was a challenge for the team which, in turn, created barriers for the customer journey. This is where we stepped in.
We agreed a Social Sorted package, managed their Instagram platform and ideated campaigns for two main aims. Increase following and community, and build on brand equity that best reflects the brand authentically. The monthly retainer package allowed for us to build a really strong relationship with those behind the brand, truly understanding the best approach to achieving their goals. This led to consultancy in other areas and overall exceeded all of our collective aims.
